  • This is a direct-pay practice. Payment is collected at the time of booking, and we do not bill insurance.

  • In some cases, yes. You may be able to use HSA/FSA funds for visits. Please confirm with your plan.

  • You must be physically located in California, where Dr. Lim is licensed at this time.

  • If your condition requires in-person evaluation, imaging, or procedures, appropriate referrals and next steps will be provided.

  • Yes, when appropriate. Some medications or conditions may require in-person evaluation and may not be managed via telehealth.

  • Messaging is available for non-urgent questions.

    - Response time is typically 1–2 business days  

    - Messaging is not for urgent concerns  

    - New or complex issues may require a scheduled visit  

  • Membership includes scheduled visits and limited messaging for ongoing care.

    It is designed for continuity and support—not for urgent or unlimited on-demand care.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.  

    Late cancellations or missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • This practice does not provide emergency care.
